The website and PACE do not provide engineering certification, design approval or a guarantee that the HydroFoamer method is suitable for a specific project. PACE is a decision-support and estimation tool only.

Project Responsibility

Project owners, engineers and contractors remain responsible for design validation, execution, permitting, safety, construction methods, site control and compliance with applicable laws, standards and project requirements.

Intellectual Property

HydroFoamer retains all intellectual property rights in its technology, methods, software, models, content, documentation and related know-how. No rights are transferred except as expressly agreed in writing.

Prohibited Use

You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, adapt, redistribute or commercially exploit the website, PACE, models, documents or technical materials without prior written permission from HydroFoamer.

Confidentiality

Non-public information shared through PACE, technical briefings, controlled resources or direct project discussions must be treated as confidential unless HydroFoamer confirms otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HydroFoamer is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the website, PACE or general information provided through these channels. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to a reasonable amount in light of the B2B nature of the information and the role of the user in validating project decisions.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
